This picture shows the Akanthus Ensemble Berlin after an event with Gerhard Schwaiger, chef of the Ristorante Tristan on the Island of Mallorca, Spain, in front of the prestigious yacht harbor of Puerto Portals.

Karsten has also created events with chef Thomas Kellermann of the restaurant VITRUM, Ritz-Carlton, Berlin, and cooperated with wine merchant "Rindchens Weinkontor" in Berlin and Hamburg for events around wine, food, art and music.
